Handcrafted using a technique developed 700 years ago during the Muromachi era. During the Edo period, households used these wooden buckets all over Japan.  There is only craftman

Muntins

Traditionally woven muntins, creating sharp lines are not only used in homes, but they are also implemented in offices and retail stores, creating an inspiring Japanese yet modern space.

 

Among many Japanese architectures, beautiful patterns carved by craftmen on mutin panels represented special meanings, such as "good luck", "four seasons" and "scenery".

 

The ancients who recognized "Things" in trandition.  Images of good old days in Japan are handed down by muntin lines to the present day.

 

Muntins are all hand crafted and made to order.
