Japanese traditional craft "Kumano Fude (brush)" which has a few hundred years of history of making "writing brushes" and "painting brushes" is made in Kumano Town in Hiroshima Prefecture in Japan. They are most high quality brushes available in Japan. Their quality is known in Kabuki theatres in Japan as well as in North America and Europe.
